Good location, poor cleanliness
The communication with the property manager was very good but I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit and the resolution of the issues. The TV was hanging very crooked on the wall. The floors did not appear to have been vacuumed. There was still old coffee in the coffee maker. The top of the fridge was very dusty. The top of the microwave and front of the cabinets above the stove was greasy and caked with dust as a result and worst of all when I stripped the bedding the pillows were absolutely disgusting. I asked the unit to be cleaned and I would have been completely satisfied but I was on work calls and asked that they come after 2:00pm. At 1:15 in the middle of a meeting the cleaning person knocked and them let himself in before I could even get to the door. I asked them to come back later that day, they didn’t. Said they would come the next day and didn’t. Then when I asked for a refund they said they best they could do was 150. Overall the communication was pretty good, the pool facility was great, location was convenient but to me, none of that matters much when the unit is gross and it isn’t taken care of.
