Amazing Stay!

Property was really nice, clean, close to everything downtown and the pool was amazing! It was a perfect location for my friends and I to celebrate our 50th Birthdays!

Great for Girls Weekend

We loved the location, easy walking distance to Rainey St., Downtown, South Congress, and more. Ubers were quick for pickup as well. We had so much space for our group with the two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The room was clean, with comfortable beds. Our only suggestion is for some hooks for towels near the shower and elsewhere for hanging towels to dry.,Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Austin!

We booked this room for two couples. The listing said it was a 2 bedroom condo. When we arrived, the condo has one full bedroom and a space with a murphy bed. The space was not a full size room and it was not disclosed as a Murphy bed. The bed was uncomfortable and not sufficient for two adults. The pictures showed the same bedroom for a second time in the photos making it seem like the second bedroom. The murphy bed was not pulled down in the pictures so it just looked like a dresser or cabinet. The ice maker was also broken and there was no full length mirror in the condo at all.

Great apartment BUT.....

The apartment was great and as represented. It could use a few more kitchen utensils, glasses, etc. The pool area needs to be better monitored. No glass/no alcohol - totally disregarded and even though building manager came up twice during our first day visit to the pool area there was absolutely no enforcement. Our group is not the least bit opposed to drinking but as the day progressed and more alcohol was consumed, the louder and more sloppy the pool area go. Our final venture to the pool was so ridiculously loud that we were on and off the pool deck area with 10 minutes. The Concierge Desk and Valet staff were excellent. Apartment awesome. Pool - not so much!
