The property matched the description and was well stocked with all the essentials and more. We loved being able to travel with our dog and feel comfortable in our stay. There were some downsides. The yard was fairly overgrown and this amenity was the main reason we chose this place. We arrived on a Thursday and were told landscaping was performed on Wednesdays though that clearly had not happened. It was still very usable but more of a struggle in keeping our dog clean and cleaning up their waste. The door from the house to the backyard was quite a struggle to open and close and there's no screen door. The ice maker wasn't working (it had been turned on prior to our arrival). The bathrooms in particular are very outdated; the showerheads and toilets are seemingly placed for people under 5ft tall. All the provided towels were stained or had hair on them and felt very cheap (I brought my own thankfully). There were visible splatter marks on the primary bedroom walls that hadn't been cleaned (hopefully from a spilled drink). And there were a few small roaches though this is somewhat expected anywhere in Austin. All that said, this was a great property for the price. It's in a great location and they provide free internet and all the home goods you might need. It was mostly quite clean with comfortable beds and a great kitchen for cooking. The hosts were accommodating and very communicative. Solid four star property.
