The apartment was not what was advertised, was dirty and I was served paperwork by the apartment management b/c the owner of the apartment had not been paid rent in more than 90 days (this is what the person forcing me to take the paperwork told me).There were nurmous dirty utensils, pans and a cooler left behind by a previous guest with food in it. The blinds were also broken, so privacy was not really there and this was a 1st floor apartment with parking right outside.The listing also says it has a pull out couch, it definitely does not. The couch had the thinnest cushion ever on a metal frame. Its also listed as having a gym, with not hours posted in the listing. It opens at 9am....way too late for those who work, one of the reason I rented this place was the gym...that I could not use b/c I worked all day and evening.Needless to say I checked out early, 1st bad experience with VRBO. I will not be back to any CozySuites locations. Do not reccommend.
