This home has two bedrooms available downstairs, one with a queen bed and one with two singles. Two other rooms will be locked with the owner's belongings.
Upstairs is a large open living, dining and kitchen area, opening onto a stunning front balcony with entertaining area.

The area is also perfect for families, with tons of activities and spaced for the kids. There is a large playground on Selwyn Reserve, with great views.
