Spacious for either 1 person or family. Some maintenance needs to be conducted for the kitchen cabinet. The rest is fine.

The bed was comfortable, which was great. Although the room wasn't cleaned very well. It also had a weird smell. The toilet bowl didn't look very clean and the room hadn't been vacuumed properly. I couldn't tell reception this at the time as I was too busy. The walls at the hotel are really thin, as we had people in a room next to us and they were so loud, talking at 2am and again at 6am, constantly, and I could hear their conversation clearly. I personally wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite - very spacious, 2 singles in one room, queen in the other n fold out sofa. My only conplaint is the noise from other patrons - obviously not the hotels fault just foljs not being considerate. Otherwise, clean and spacious for a family of 5

For us attending the races at Ellerslie the property is very well located and hand to restaurants. Staff,check in and car parking all very good.We had room 17 which has a small outside area.The room was very clean,the bed comfortable and a good shower.All in all a very good place to stay,
