The property was amazing. The hotel staff was continually servicing all areas. Beautiful lobby and easy access to the hotel and the bustling and thoroughly enjoyable Queen Street.

Uncomfortable

Mattresses were extremely soft and unsupportive. Any small movement and we would wake each other up. It's also in a noisy location so we were often woken up by outside noises. Otherwise everything else is fine. However if you want a restful night I'd suggest elsewhere.

We prefer apartment Over hotel room. Not only we can cook, the living area also lot bigger. The staff are helpful. We will stay there again if we ever come back to Auckland.

Warm Pool

Although there are many hotels that are positioned within minutes walk to skytower, ferry and many shops & restaurants, Adina is one of very few hotels in the CBD with a pool. The pool was lovely and warm, and a great way to start the day!

The hotel is in a great location on the main street, close to all the shops and restaurants. The options are endless. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was lovely. Staff member at check-in was friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again.
