Worst night ever..

Spilt water on the floor went to clean it up with white towel and it was black. The floor was filthy. They rented the room above mine to tweakers that were up all night. Kept jumping on the floor all night, slamming the door and going up and down stairs all night to smoke. I left at 6:30 in the morning, they were in the parking lot yelling at each other. I went to the front desk in the middle of the night, no one was there there was a sign to call a number if you needed help. Called number no answer. There was someone there in the am I told them what happen and all I got was oh sorry. I will never stay there again.

No coffee pot in the room. Only a coffee machine, not fresh coffee, downstairs and it was only available from 6-10 and even after six I had to find cups and sugar. Regular coffee drinkers expect easy access to wake up juice in order to maintain some semblance of routine starting the day to have any chance of being productive. The man at the front desk was really polite and very helpful whenever I asked about something. Seems like good people. In a pinch I'd sleep there again because it was clean with an affordable price, but I wouldnt seek it out.

Room is nearly bare bone - nothing more than basic. Ok for the price with one night stay. Parking lot seems always have someone wondering make it feel not so safe. Surprisingly no shampoo just hand soup in shower room.

bathroom slider door was stuck could not close. then once forced closed, could not get it open. air conditioner was extremely loud. very hard to sleep sheets were rough to skin, sink was cracked staff were ok, not rude, but not real friendly either facilities need an update!
