Air conditioning did not work in our room. Their solution was to give us a box fan, which didn’t work. Staff would not move us to a new room and claimed to put in a work ticket, but no one ever came to even look at the problem. Pool was closed for chemical treatment.

I really loved the rooms. Every detail was wonderful from the nice hooks in the bathroom for your towels, the cool night light that is part of the electrical outlet to the comfortable bed and pillows. The room was spacious and quiet.

The property is amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire hotel was spotless. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect — close to everything in downtown Huntsville. The breakfast was a great bonus, and the evening reception was a nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again!

Love the Embassy Suites. Rooms are so large we had 4 people sleep comfortably and no one had to share a bed. Issues were lack of carts for the bags and had to ask for sheets for the sleeper sofa again. Also, the door has started to sag and doesn't close anymore without being shoved.

Clean and friendly

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Door needed cleaning, makes a bad first impression. Lobby was pleasant and clean though. Room was clean, but the mattresses are HORRIBLE and need to be replaced ASAP. Also the toilets are very low and should be replaced with chair height models. Stay was good, and will be staying here again.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I missed happy hour (they give you two free drinks) because I was at a graduation, but the bar and restaurant looked very nice. The next time I book something, I'm going to aim for Embassy Suites by Hilton. I know that all of their properties aren't the same, but I'm taking the chance. I highly recommend staying here!

It is a very nice hotel, with good amenities, but the experience with the staff really elevated our stay. One particular desk worker, Danielle, went above and beyond to be helpful to us during our stay!

I fully paid for my stay when the reservation was made. I did not use any additional hotel services or incidentals during my stay and was told by the front desk agent that a receipt would be emailed to me. However, the day following checkout, my credit card was charged an additional fees for unexplained services. In addition I never received the promised receipt. I called the hotel to obtain an explanation but no one was ever available to take my call.
