Please note the following policies:

- No smoking or use of any tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, or vaping devices, anywhere on the premises. Penalty $500/night
- No pets. Penalty $500/pet/night
- No events, parties, or large gatherings without prior approval. Penalty $500/person/night

- Late check-out without prior approval will be charged at $100 per hour, in per-hour increments
- Non-disturbance: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. No fireworks
- Damages: The owner will deduct costs for any damages from security deposits and/or request reimbursement from guests
- Cancellation policy: As outlined during the booking process

Limit of liability: In no event shall the owner be liable to the guest for any damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings, arising from the use of the rental property, exceeding the total rental amount paid by the guest.
