Our stay at this VRBO in Decatur was nothing short of amazing! The location was incredibly convenient—just about a mile from the Historic DeKalb Courthouse, where my wedding was held—which made everything so easy for our special weekend.The property truly exceeded our expectations. The main house comfortably slept 9, and the additional smaller house on the property slept 6. I personally claimed the smaller house as my “bridal suite,” and it was perfect! My hairstylist traveled in from North Carolina and was able to do my hair there comfortably—and yes, he absolutely slayed it! The entire experience was beautiful from start to finish. My bridesmaids transformed the front room with balloons and bridal décor for my bridal shower. We enjoyed a charcuterie board, fresh fruit, made breakfast together, danced, laughed, and simply fellowshipped. With 8 bridesmaids and 2 dear friends who flew in from Raleigh staying with us, the home accommodated everyone perfectly while still feeling warm and intimate.These are memories we will truly cherish for a lifetime.I also want to highlight that every interaction with the property owners—from before booking all the way through our stay—was pleasant, smooth, and genuinely amazing. Their hospitality made the experience even more special.If you’re considering booking this property, don’t hesitate—you will absolutely love it!
