4 Bedroom Buckhead Vintage 1920s Home High-End - Location, Location, Location

We've owned this home for more than ten years and love it. The only reason we put it up for rent is that we've moved and didn't want to sell it.

The house is furnished with REAL furniture. We don’t buy junk just because we are renting it. We think our guests should have the same comforts that we would expect. We aren’t going to put nasty stuff in a two million dollar home.

We also have ample supplies of the little things you would expect in a fully functional home. We have nice dishes, glasses, tons of cookware, spices and whatnot. The house is completely supplied with everything you might need.

My wife and I get annoyed when we rent homes that could have been nice but the owners had a “don’t put nice stuff because renters will destroy it” attitude. Do you think the Ritz acts that way? Does the Four Seasons management worry about a guest breaking a coffee mug? Of course, they don’t. Our house is a high-quality product and everything inside it is of the same quality of our house. Not only that but, the location is incredible.

Plenty of space and a cook's kitchen
We had to be in Atlanta for Christmas this year, a big change for us as we are always home for Christmas. Yes, the kids are teenagers, but still, I thought we would miss some of our traditions. We missed very few, because the kitchen was so well furnished! We were able to make muffins on Christmas morning, bake cookies, make gingerbread houses, etc. And, it was a big house, allowing us to spread out for recharge time, too. It really felt like home, and it was lovely!

Family Home in Walking Distance of AIS
The house was so clean and fully stocked. Easy to check-in. Any issues pretty much immediately addressed by property manager. The location is AMAZING. It is in walking distance of AIS (Atlanta International School), the Garden Hills Pool and a 5 minute drive to pretty much any type of grocery store and coffee shops and loads of restaurants.

Would definitely stay again!
The house was great. Spacious, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, with a great location (within a very short walking distance of all that buckhead village has to offer). Rick was very responsive and overall it was a great experience. The next time I’m heading to Atlanta, I’ll be sure to check if Rick’s home is available.

Beautiful Clean Home with Lovely Gardens
This home has been nicely remodeled with hardwood floors and great outdoor areas. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden full of camellias and azaleas.

Comfortable Home
The house was smaller than we had imagined from the photos. Nevertheless, we were all very comfortable. There was a distinct "cat smell" as we walked into the house (my wife noticed before I did). We purchased air fresheners, and that helped to some extent. Also, the oven had not been cleaned when we arrived. I would suggest adding a sentence about the driveway to the description; there is a steep incline, which could be problematic for some people. Finally, the lights on the front porch were not functioning when we arrived, but they were fixed one day before our departure. All in all while we enjoyed our stay, we are not likely to rent his property again.
