The place was spacious with nice setting area and separate bedroom plus bathroom. Everything was really clean except the bathroom which just needed a quick sweeping. The outside deck for this unit had a great view towards the Acropolis and we enjoyed the breeze while just relaxing. It’s within about eight blocks in the middle of Athens. An easy mostly flat walk. The owner was extremely helpful in many different ways and always responded very quickly. We would stay here in a heartbeat and wish we could have stayed for another week. Only one thing would make it better and that would be a microwave in the unit.

Great location for exploring!

Great location for exploring Athens - bit of an unusual set up (in a building next to the hotel itself) but the apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a short trip - having a balcony with views of the acropolis was pretty awesome too!

Stay was okay, the street is filled with drug addicts and prostitutes, not very nice. Room looks good, the entreance doesn’t make it clear that you have arrived at the correct place. Closest neighbour is the local red cross, meaning addicts are surrounding it. First floor has a nice café with english speaking workers, whom are also helpful with any questions you may have about the city. On the second to last day we were of course outside all of the day and when arriving back at 8pm we noticed they hadn’t refilled the toilet paper that was empty, but they had cleaned the room and changed the towels. I contacted the host whom informed me that toilet paper could not be provided that day and that they would refill the day after, leaving us with no toilet paper for the evening and morning after.

Great stay

Our stay at Vision 3rd Sept was excellent! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and there was also a coffee machine for added convenience. The location is great – close to all the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The bathroom was stylishly designed, and they provided small bottles of shampoo and conditioner with a lovely scent. Check-in was easy, and the whole experience was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Athens!

Property exceeds my expectations,staff was great think her name was "maritza" at the front she was great and patient with me. I know I misspelled it. Apologies. Room was modern, and the location had that European vibe I was looking for being from the U.S.. Rooftop Breakfast was kinda pricey for the area when compared around. But Spero pours a good beer when your on the rooftop pool. I can recommend.

won't stay again

terrible check in experience, no access code was provided ahead of time, was forced to install their app, number provided to contact was wrong, app doesn't work with front entrance, no toilet paper in the room, front desk didn't offer any help for early checkin, wifi is intermittence, was asked to connect wifi with QR code at front desk, while got disconnected in the room, there is no QR code in the room,

The checkin was more than complicated with the rooms not being in the actual hotel but next door. the promised pool was in the hotel so you would need to take all your clothes to visit the pool and follow up. Emails in this respect have not been answered by the hotel. otherwise the room was clean and nice, but not as promised in the pictures when choosing the room, ie no balcony with a view and no access to the pool. What a pity.

Our taxi driver warned us about the area our hotel was in. Our hotel suite was on the top floor of a rundown building next door to a nice hotel property owned by Vision. That property had the roof top pool which was very nice but we were very upset with the conditions in the building we were in. Our unit was very spacious and modern but had no soundproofing between us and the neighbors. Our shower was very slippery, because of unrinsed soap residue and my husband fell. Management offered a free taxi ride for us. The view from our room was as shown in my pictures and nothing like the pictures advertised. Extremely confusing checkin process too. It should be done in person and not online.

Room is ok, not a suite but an apartment. Poorly upgraded room, and the entrance is bad. Through an old apartment building, in a small elevator - not what it should be like. One day the housekeeper forgot to close the door, so our room was open for the whole day, with passports and money free to take… not super happy with this..

Very close to a quality cafe/ bakery for a great start to the day with coffee / breakfast / wifi and indoor or outdoor seating. Also close to subway to catch subway to attractions. The area is urban and high traffic, especially good if all adults or for business. Would not be as good for families / children. The apartment unit was very large not at all cramped with a nice sitting area enough to host guests or a business meeting. Loved the Nespresso maker in room with capsules and creamers. There was also Nescafé and tea. Unit could use a small microwave and daily trash removal. Even though there is a kitchen area there is only a bathroom sink. Since it is winter the rooftop view was not open for access. The staff was super friendly and helpful getting us quickly accommodated and off to great food and attractions.

Here are some positive and negative points from our stay: **Positives:** - The location is great – about a 15-minute walk from the central square of Athens, making it very convenient to reach the city center. - We stayed in the hotel apartments and enjoyed the convenience of a front desk and dedicated staff, with access to all hotel facilities like the pool and gym. - There was full room service available, even though the apartments are in the Airbnb style, which was a big plus. - The room was well-equipped with a Nespresso machine, a hair dryer, and two TVs – one in the bedroom and one in the living room, making the stay extra comfortable. - The rooms were very spacious and suitable for up to four people, even though we were just a couple. **Negatives:** - There was a slight issue with the WiFi in the apartments, which made connectivity a bit difficult. - The entrance to the apartments is separate from the hotel, through a dated residential building, which gave a less favorable first impression. However, once inside the apartments, they are beautifully renovated and impressively clean. Overall, the experience was very positive, with a few areas for improvement, but we would definitely recommend this place to couples or small families looking for comfort and a central location in Athens.

Do not confuse these apartments with the Vision Omnia Hotel. They are in a different building round the corner although the reception , gym room and pool are all in the Hotel. Prices are comparable so you might want to check that. Despite what is shown on the amenities information there is a lift, thankfully as it’s on the 7th Floor and you would not want to use the stairs and see the broken windows. This is an old building with just one floor being used by Vision. The room itself is very comfortable as is the bed. It has a nice big balcony with a side view of the Acropolis. Room service is apparently on request despite listed as daily but the first two days it happened automatically. We lost hot water on one day and could only get a tepid shower. The Wi-Fi needs to be reset each time by ‘forgetting’ the Wi-Fi and starting over. The Omnia area is North of the tourist spots and our taxi driver warned us that it is on the edge of a rough area. We didn’t find it intimidating but could see the difference when we went into the tourist suburbs. There is a Metro station in nearby Omnia Square handy to get to Piraeus and Airport if needed. We had a day trip to Aegina and used the Metro to get to the port. Very easy. All the historical sights and the archeological museum are within walking distance.

I recently stayed at Vision 3rd Sept 19 - Top Floor during my trip to Greece, and I feel compelled to share my deep disappointment and frustration with the experience. I had looked forward to a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the complete opposite due to a serious issue: I encountered bedbugs in my room. This is absolutely unacceptable for any accommodation, especially one that is marketed as comfortable and reputable. Dealing with bedbugs not only caused physical discomfort but also emotional stress and anxiety that has followed me beyond my stay. I left your hotel with bites and an ongoing concern about what I may have brought home in my belongings. This is not only a health concern but also a serious issue that reflects poorly on your hygiene standards. I understand that no hotel is perfect, but something as serious as a bedbug infestation is a major red flag. It suggests a lack of proper cleaning, pest control, and guest care. This is not the experience any traveler expects or deserves. I sincerely hope you take this issue seriously and investigate the conditions of your rooms thoroughly to prevent other guests from going through the same experience I did. While I understand these things can sometimes be unpredictable, proactive cleanliness and guest safety should always be a top priority. Thank you for your time. I hope you take immediate action to address this and prevent it from happening to future guests.

Quarto espaçoso, banheiro bom. As informações vieram bem certinhas e fácil falar com o proprietário. De início parece ser estranho, mas a entrada é num prédio mais antigo, com senha tudo digital. Mas a parte do local é toda bonita e reformada. O banheiro/chuveiro é muito bom. Sem contar a sacada com vista e o cafezinho disponível no quarto. Recomendo! Fácil acesso de metro e perto de padarias e restaurantes.
