Apartment is modern and clean. We had some trouble with hot water first day. Location is what’s lacking- not the best neighborhood (oldest part of Athens)- abandoned buildings, stripped cars on street. There is no where to eat, shop or even grab a coffee- nothing in walking distance except subway. Subway station is about a 10 minute walk; the Acropolis is a 3 stop ride. Subway was easy to navigate once we figured it out. Property made arrangements for a private driver to take us around Athens- money well spent! You will need transportation if you’re staying here.
