lovely place

The house was very nice. I liked that there was a living room plus game room. The kitchen was well appointed, with a large gathering area and bar stools. There was plenty of soap, shampoo and cleaning supplies, but a few more rolls of toilet paper would have been a good idea for a 16 night stay. Note that if you want the towels started laundry soap should be provided.The TV was out the 1st night, but was working the next day, I appreciate that this was taken care of so quickly.

We had a great long weekend stay in Asheville with family! Location is perfectly hidden in a neighborhood while still close to downtown AVL and breweries. Would stay again!

Nice quiet tranquil area, great stay.

Stayed with my in-laws. Loved the coffee station, the house was clean and very comfortable. Home was 'off the grid' in a 'cul de sac'. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Shared the bunk bed with my sister-in-law, slept great. My mother in law and Aunt in law slept great in their beds as well. A lot of thought went into the 'little things' by the owners of the home. Thank you. Some suggestions, big sofa is getting 'worn' in the springs when sitting, the chairs on the front deck need cleaning, and batteries need to be changed in the ROKU. I would have changed if I had remembered to bring batteries, but forgot. Nobody complained and we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house and area

When you first walk in the house is clean, quiet and great layout. We easily got settled in our rooms and felt super comfortable. It was kid friendly, pet friendly and a great middle location to many attractions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone stopping around the ashville area.

Cozy get away.

House was clean, cozy & comfortable. Great location. We were so happy to be able to take our four legged family member and have accommodations for them as well. Loved the house, it fit us perfectly & we would definitely return & recommend for future use.

Make sure you read the fine print. The ice maker didn't work and there were no ice trays to make ice. And there wasn't a pitcher to have cold water in the refrigerator.

Property was clean and adequate and as advertised. I especially appreciated the black out curtains and that they had a hair dryer with a diffuser! It would make it so much easier if every one did this so I didn't have to lug my dryer and diffuser all the time. Teens enjoyed the foozball table. Location was reasonable drive to downtown and other areas we visited.

Clean and easy to get to

The property was clean and easy to get to. Just outside of the city. Is managed by another company so you need to sign their rental agreements. The Vacasa company sends out all the needed information but did not respond to emails. They do have a 24 hour number to call if you need assistance.

Great house for a relaxing Asheville vacation

House had everything we needed and was close enough to both Asheville and the mountains. Kids had a blast playing foosball every night. We would definitely stay again!
