My experience at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out. The restaurants —were top-notch, and the food was delicious. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and tranquility. Overall, an exceptional stay that exceeded all expectations. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.

El hotel estaba excelente, un arquitectura bella, el personal súper atento, todo estaba muy limpio organizado, muy bonito en la habitación. Estaba muy acogedora limpio al estilo antiguo, pero todo muy bien conservado y bien muy bonito y muy céntrico, me encanta el restaurante que está en la entrada del hotel muy buen restaurante, lo recomiendo 100% volvería ir y volvería quedarme en ese hotel

This was a classy, immaculate, very pleasant hotel stay . The room was not large , but beautifully appointed and one of the more comfortable beds I’ve slept in. The bathroom/shower is fantastic. I really appreciated the personal email from the concierge who answered my questions via text prior to coming almost instantly and the Prosecco and champagne was fun. It has one of the best rooftop bars I have been to in Asheville and it was a stunning view of the Blue Ridge. The speakeasy on the bottom floor was also very fun after being out for the evening. We did not get to eat in the restaurant, but apparently it’s fantastic. 11 am checkout is always nice. This was a very pleasant stay right in the middle of downtown Asheville, which is so convenient and we will be back !

What a great hotel! They did an incredible job of rehabbing this wonderful flat iron building. It's like stepping back in time when you enter. The valet and front desk clerk were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Due to the shape of the building, our room was a bit on the smaller side but was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were only here for 1 night, but we got to enjoy the rooftop bar, the restaurant and the Speakeasy downstairs. We had the lemon pizza and it was delicious. The location is fantastic. It's walkable to all the downtown attractions, stores and restaurants. Would 100% recommend. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Asheville.

The rooms are smaller but comfy. The hotel had wonderful attributes and I loved the history. I would stay there again. Staff was attentive. Rooms were clean. Great location!
