Everything was so nice. The room was very clean and the shower was fantastic. I was greeted by the front desk staff and offered a welcome drink. The elevator guy not only took me on the elevator, but showed me around to the rooftop bar and the basement giving me a little history of the place. I thought he was over and above in his service.

We stayed at this hotel and came home and booked it again! We loved it! It was very different from any other hotel we have ever stayed. It was super clean and the bed was so comfortable that we overslept. We loved the Shampoo and Body wash and bought all of them to take home! Can’t wait to go back!

The Flat Iron was a great hotel experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself has a lot of character with Art Deco vibes throughout. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Asheville. Only downside would be lack of parking, if you bring a car you either have to valet park or pay for daily parking at a local garage.
