Andrew’s property was just as advertised. It was very clean and very close to downtown. Andrew communicated in a timely manner and was very thoughtful. He left us a handwritten welcome letter along with some adult beverages to kick off our stay. Check in and check out were very easy and straight forward. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay! Andrew is a great host and really went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional from start to finish! The property was as advertised in all respects. Andrew was very communicative before, during and after the stay. It was nice to know the property manager was next door, and she even came over to remind us about the alternate side parking rules so we wouldn't get ticketed!One of the concerns we had leading up to the stay was parking (on street). We had no issues finding a spot either on weekdays or weekends! So if you're like me and you are anxious about that with guests visiting from further away, don't be afraid! Parking was not an issue at all!Only thing, I would recommend bringing an extra blanket or two. There were plenty of linens and blankets, but if all beds are being used, there were no extras. Not a problem, just something to keep in mind when packing!I highly recommend staying here!!

If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay to enjoy all the NJ beaches have to offer, this is your place. The house was wonderful and had everything we could possibly need. Best of all, was Andrew, his attention to detail, and his responsiveness. He made our stay perfect.

Perfect Graduation Weekend

We spent the weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation from Monmouth. The house is well stocked with all necessities, host was quick to respond and the backyard was great for hanging out outside. Would definitely stay again!

Andrew was lovely and very informative and available as needed. We walked into the house with a small gift which was lovely. The house was clean, organized and cozy. Recommend this place for anyone wanting a few days away.

Adorable home!

We took a 3 day getaway with the family over the holiday break. The check in process was easy, and the house is adorable. The rooms were smaller than expected but it was cozy for us anyway! Everything was clean and well- appointed- wonderful kitchen and comfy beds! Only complaint is that the neighborhood is a bit sketchy- especially at night- and the neighbors were noisy and there was trash all over the front lawns of other houses. Hopefully with time the neighborhood will improve -the rental house itself will help! 5 starà otherwise!

Clean, comfy, and all the amenities!

Andrew was such a fantastic host! We had an issue on our first night and he responded immediately and fixed it. The house is fully stocked. Everything was clean and up-to-date. Great appliances. The shed was amazing with a beach buggy, four bikes and lots of chill space outside! The beds were very comfy, plenty of drawer space for things and overall just a great place to stay!

Outstanding!

Andrew went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. I believe he truly wanted us to enjoy our stay, and we did! He could not have been more accommodating. We especially enjoyed the back porch and outdoor amenities. It’s a great place for entertaining, even in the rain. We all agreed that we would go back. Thank you Andrew.

Absolutely perfect!

I almost hesitate to say how great this place is, for fear of being unable to book it again next summer. It could not have been any better! The house had all the amenities we could hope for...it was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Communication with Andrew, our host, was easy and we received instant responses. Beautiful home with all the amenities

This is a really beautifully maintained home with old-world charm and modern everything else. Andrew provided all the things we needed to make our stay pleasant - bikes to toodle around town and to the beach, a giant back yard for relaxing, laundry machine and dryer - and was very available if we needed anything. Our whole family (adults and pets both) had a great time.

Wonderful host and house

My husband, dog, and me loved being able to stay here! We had a few friends also visit while we were here and we seriously appreciated the gazebo, chairs, and beach toys. Our host was EXTREMELY communicative and probably the best host I’ve ever experienced! The only thing that didn’t go absolutely perfect was that the neighbors played extremely lpud music for a few of the nights (during both the week and weekend), which could be heard from the bedrooms clearly. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend staying here for folks with young kids or who are very noise sensitive. Overall, the property was lovely and we appreciated the care and thought that went into its details and amenities provided.

Excellent host

We visited for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped with many extras such as a keurig and a drip coffee maker, K-cups, spices and condiments. The host was gracious and responsive and has clearly tried to think of everything that guests would want or need. The furniture was all good, the mattresses were comfortable and the bedrooms quiet. For a smaller house, it does everything. It worked perfectly for us.

We had a fantastic week at Andrew’s property! The house was immaculate and had fantastic amenities. Perfect amount of space and private backyard we’re fantastic. House was great for hosting friends and close to downtown Asbury Park. Andrew communicated throughout and the property manager next door was super pleasant. We loved our week!

Beautifully updated house not far from great restaurants and shopping

We had a great time with family. Andrew was extremely responsive.We are older and the walk was too far to the beach but our younger family members had no trouble getting there and back. For us it was a quick drive. Plenty of parking and really nice neighbors. The neighborhood is not upscale but we always felt comfortable. House was well equipped and perfect for our family get together. Asbury Park beach is beautiful we had a blast!

The owners of the house went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The house was cozy, allowing for 4 of us to cook a casual dinner and eat in comfortably. It was off season, so we were only able to appreciate the back yard during the day, but during the season, I know that we would have spent more time taking advantage of the large outdoor space grilling and sitting around the firepit later into the night, too.

The pros and cons list of this property

Pros: Terrific mattresses! Good/updated kitchen appliances. Good quality pots and pans provided. Kitchen basics are here (salt, pepper, some spices, selection of cooking oils). Friendly neighbors who wave/smile at you. We didn’t use any outdoor features (we were there in the winter) but the back yard is cute, and there are bikes on hand to borrow. The host is very responsive. The next door neighbor manages the property and is very nice and helpful. Bathrooms and linens were very clean. Cons: Moldy smell throughout the home. There are plug in air fresheners to mask it, but it doesn’t work. Urban location. The street is pretty busy, and there is no off street parking. Parking near the house isn’t always possible. Plan to park half a block, or farther, away. (If we had the address before booking, and looked at the location on google earth, we would not have picked this property.) Neighbor on one side plays loud music at night. Neighbor on the other side has a dog who barks a lot. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath and 1 half bath. All the spaces feel small and compressed.

Convenient location and thoughtfully furnished home.

The host has furnished this house thoughtfully and was very communicative when we had questions prior to our arrival. A five minute walk from the Asbury train station, 10 to shops and restaurants, and 20 from the boardwalk. The three Queen beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to Cook and nice extras. The backyard is a gem with two Comfortable sitting areas and lights.

It was GREAT but The listing was wrong this was NOT ocean grove that was just Asbury Park. . The reason I did the booking is because I thought it was going to be in Ocean Grove
