Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A city tax will be collected at the property. The city tax ranges from JPY 200-500 per person, per night based on the nightly room rate. Please note that further exemptions may apply.
• A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 50.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business, or profession. Guests must contact this property in advance to reserve access to the hot springs and access to the public bathing facility. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, and JCB International. Cash is not accepted. For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, and a first aid kit in each accommodation. Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

• Reservations are needed for private bath/onsen. For reservations, contact the ryokan before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child 2 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• As required by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare, all international visitors must submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Also, it's required that lodging proprietors photocopy the passports of all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
