Localização excelente pra quem quer vista do mar e agito durante o dia. Já à noite o bairro é bem parado. O apto é ótimo, Cristiane é incrível e prestativa. Eu apenas sugeriria avisar mais claramente no anúncio que a vaga de garagem é rotativa, por ordem de chegada. Obrigada pela hospedagem!

Não tenho nada a reclamar do imóvel. O que peca é no período da noite. Na região não tem nenhum restaurante. Então tínhamos que ir para a região do centro todos os dias para jantar. Fora isso é tudo ótimo. De frente para a praia e silencioso.

Excelente Loft em frente à praia

Tudo foi perfeitamente conduzido com muito profissionalismo desde o momento da conclusão da reserva. O proprietário entrou em contato e enviou o documento de permissão para checkin para o dia da reserva. O apartamento estava limpo e pronto para ser utilizado. Agradeço pela oportunidade! Ótima!

Foi a segunda vez qe ficamos nesse mesmo apto, a primeira vez foi em fev de 2018. Gostamos tanto qe retornamos. O apto é igual nas fotos, a vista da praia é maravilhosa, frente ao mar. O proprietário Carlos, a anfitriã Cleide e o pessoal da recepção do loft, são todos muito prestativos. Recomendo.

Regulamento

Na chegada nos foi imposta um série de regras do condomínio. Mas não se fala nada com relação ao barulho. Tinha um pessoal acima de nos que não tinha horário. Até 2 horas da manhã arrastando móveis, batendo e etc. Acho que essa regra deveria também ser mencionada na chegada dos hóspedes. Quanto ao restante só elogios.
