Breakfast was very good, lots of options and great service by the staff. Food was fresh and plentiful. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful and polite. The room was spotless and well appointed, with daily room attention. On checking in, we were told that parking in the garage would be $20 per day- it turned out to be double that amount. I was given 2 programmed key cards, neither of which worked for me at the garage. They were reprogrammed, and still didn't work. At my second trip back to the front desk, I was told to take a paper ticket to enter. Problem with that was that I had to return to the desk the following day to get two more key cards, both of which worked for the remainder oof our stay. I noticed at least two other guests having trouble with the same thing. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the coming year.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great food, relaxed atmosphere. Also liked how they text you via your phone to check on you to make sure your stay is enjoyable and to see if you need anything. High recommend this hotel. I will be returning soon.

The premium room we had was very comfortable and roomy. The front desk as well as restaurant and bar service could not be nicer. Mariah was especially helpful, explaining everything and offering her help with whatever we needed. Looks like Embassy Suites is our stay in Savannah!

The staff is excellent… especially Amanda, the guest services manager at Embassy Suites Downtown Savannah, Ga. She is so excellent at her job. Embassy is very fortunate to have Amanda and benefits greatly from her in this position. I’m sure Amanda will move up with Embassy and in my opinion, she certainly should!

Love having a room that seems more like an apartment. From the moment we stepped into the lobby we were impressed. It’s beautiful & spacious. The receptionist was friendly & efficient. The bed was very comfortable & good bedding. And how we loved the pillows. They were the best ever. Breakfast is wonderful with made to order omelets & a variety of other items. We really enjoyed the happy hour in the evening. The concierge was super helpful (Carol) & helped us in exploring the city. We love everything about Embassy suites.

The room was gorgeous and the service outstanding--especially at check-in, when the associate offered me a choice of rooms and made sure that my family staying in a different room would be close by. Custom-made breakfasts were also a plus. Beautiful lobby as well, and very helpful concierge.
