This place was dirty. Roaches, half of the outlets did not work. We had a fridge and a microwave in our room but they did not work.Was told by staff that they had mice and bug problems so changing rooms wouldn't matter. Also at the breakfast, was told right at 9am that it was closed and we needed to leave. We were putting stuff on our plates and were told to stop. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Bathroom tub dripped all the time. If it wasn't for a nonrefundable room, we would have left. But will NEVER RETURN!

I did not care for the property. First of all it was no longer called best Western it was called Pentagon hotel. There was a rat in our room. We did not have a refrigerator or microwave in our room and had to call and request for one. It was just overall very disappointing.

There were so many disappointing things about the room I don't know where to start. The carpet was filthy: my childs' socks were black from walking around in the room. The door to the room did not fit correctly in the frame and my husband didn't know if it were shut or not. The electrical in the room was messed up so if you turned the switch by the front door the clock/alarm would shut off. The floor on one side of the bed and wall was completely soaked. I believe the shower was leaking through the walls. My husband had a headache every day and I was worried it may have been mold in the walls. He hasn't had a headache since returning home. The beds were supposed to be upgraded but didn't appear to be. The breakfast setup/dining area is nice but the food isn't very good - we only went 1 day out of 5. The courtesy shuttle was as if we took our lives in our hands. The driver didn't stop at stop signs and was cussing on the phone. The front desk clerks were nice and helpful. Overall, not a pleasant experience. My children were even laughing because this hotel was pretty bad.

From check in to check out, my stay was amazing!! All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and the hot breakfast was great. I would definitely stay again!!

Liked the shuttle to metro. Good breakfast. Staff accommodating with leaving my car after check out. There was a 'smoke' smell in my room. Walks are very thin so heard everything from adjoining rooms. Noisy street.
