Second living area has 70" TV, fireplace & electronic games. Guests will enjoy gathering around the fire pit and cooking and dining outdoors. Located less than five minutes away from boat ramps and a swim beach. You will have everything you need to kick back and relax.

The space
Be one of the first to enjoy this totally remodeled home. The Master Bath offers a spa atmosphere and mood lighting that invites you to relax in the freestanding tub. Large dining area, two living areas, wine frig, and a double car garage are yours to enjoy. Within 10 minutes you can experience the Chickasaw Point Golf Course and Texoma Casino. A short 20 minute drive will get you to the Durant Choctaw Casino. So much to see and do!
