We arrived very late around 1am and were extremely tired. We were booked in a room on the ground floor and we went right to bed exhausted. About 4:50am we awoke to a clamor that I thought was someone breaking into vehicles outside. Instead we found out it was the staff preparing the breakfast just on the other side of the paper thin wall. Dishes clanging and microwaves beeping about every 20 minutes, just long enough to fall back asleep only to be woke up again. I called the front desk once we could take it no more and they said oh yes that happens in your room. I asked why they booked us in a room they knew would be impossible to sleep past 5am and she just said she could offer a late checkout! When I talked to Jessica about making this right she said I’m sorry you booked through a third party (Travelocity) and there’s nothing we can do. I simply asked for a discount on our next stay, she said they are independently owned and there’s nothing she could do. We will be steering clear of Holiday Inn, especially in this location.

Quick and easy check in and check out.

Pros: Seems like an unusual comment but typically hotel pillows are huge so that they look nice fluffed up but are too big for comfortable sleeping. Thanks!
Location: We were there for a family funeral so other than eating a few meals locally, there was no time for other activities
Stayed for two nights. All staff were helpful and pleasant, from Front Desk to person managing the Breakfast area.. Questions quickly answered.

Extremely clean and nice

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. Got a roll-away bed immediately upon check in. Staff very friendly. Breakfast area was very good. Spa and pool very clean. Overall a great stay--definitely would stay there again.

Good place to stay

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, free wifi, pool, hot tub
Good quaint, quiet hotel. Nice breakfast spread. Cinnamon rolls and eggs were good. Love the fountain breakfast juice machine.
