¡Queda inmemorable en Hotel Casa Victoria!

¡Sin duda esta propiedad es uno de las mejores que me he quedado! La arquitectura y las decoraciones del hotel me deleitan, es estilo original de la dueña del hotel, Lucrecia. En el hotel hay muchos lugares con mesas y muebles para relajarse, en la mañana desde el techo puedes disfrutar el amanecer sobre el volcán. En las habitaciones la recamara y el baño son muy cómodos, hay muchos estilos de habitaciones que puedes eligir. Todas las mañanas comía desayunos excepcionales preparada por la anfitriona del hotel, Irma, quien es buena cocinera y persona muy amable. También la atención de las otras anfitrionas, José y Ana fue excelente. Me encantó el lugar, lejos del ruido del pueblo pero suficientemente cerca para caminar. ¡Si buscas propiedad que sentir como casa con servicio de lo mejor recomiendo que reservas!

El hotel me causó emociones encontradas, algunas muy agradables y otras no, la primera es que no está ubicado donde el mapa lo señala. La habitación que me tocó está en el nivel sótano, se sentía fría, con poca luz natural y mal ventilada. Tiene una ventanas que da a un pasillo, dormimos con una luz artificial ya que no puedes apagarla ni hay cortinas que puedas cerrar en esa ventana. En los pasillos hay mesas que funcionan de desayunador, están justo frente a la habitación que me tocó, de modo que la gente desayuna frente a la puerta... El internet llega a las habitaciones con una señal pobre. Los acabados de las habitaciones y del hotel en general son muy buenos, al igual que la cama, las almohadas, las toallas son excelentes, el baño es muy limpio y agradable, buena agua caliente y buenos muebles de baño; pero tampoco tiene buena ventilación. La propietaria es muy amable y muy agradable, está atenta y pendiente del hotel. Tienen una terraza con una vista espectacular de los volcanes.
