These gorgeous apartments have a superb location in 4th ave south, which is the same avenue that passes in front of Antigua Cathedral and Central Park, going to the south; you can see the Cathedral from the Condominium entrance. It is located 4 blocks from Central Park. It is quiet with very low traffic. The Condominium named ALL SUITES EL MARQUES DE ANTIGUA, is gated and has security cameras. It has parking area inside the condominium. This luxury has 1 bedroom with two queen size beds, 1 bathroom apartment is perfect for single travelers, couples, families.

The apartments have all the facilities you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay including a fully equipped kitchen, a patio with a water fountain, wood fireplace in the living room, Cable TV, large flat screen TV, and wi-fi internet. The rental includes one cleaning of the apartment and change for clean bed linens and towels each week; more cleaning days are possible for a fee. The beds are Queen size, Serta Silver Suite.

The bilingual manager lives inside the condominium and he can help you with any direction, tours, or any other special need you might have, as well as giving you shopping tips or recommending restaurants or spas. We have stayed in at this property while we attended the Spanish school for few weeks. With my teenager son, having kitchen and laundry was important. Good Internet connection was a must for my remote work.The property managers were helpful. Helped me arranged the transportation from the airport to here on the first day

The apartment is great, clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. I’m not giving it 5 stars because there should be an A/C, it’s hot without A/C during the day and at night. Also check in communication is bad, they don’t send email with information/instructions, we had to call them literally parked outside to get to instructions. It also not walkable to center of city, it’s not close, it says 4 blocks but I f it actually is 4 blocks it’s 4 huge blocks, my opinion is it’s way farther but we had a car and it wasn’t an issue for us.

Antigua stay

we arrived in Antigua in time for the Good Friday processions, our two pre-teen grandsons in tow. The security guard welcomed us and got us checked in. I never met the person in charge of the listing which was disappointing. However, it did not affect our enjoyment of our stay or the quality of the condo. It had everything we needed and worked well for us. A bit away from the center but an easy walk to get there. quiet location.
