Antibes ist ein wunderbarer Stadt und die Wohnung liegt sehr schön in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist gut und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir waren zu zweit und hatten viel Platz, zu viert würde es auch gut gehen. Der einzige Haken ist der Aussenbereich. Wir mochten uns nicht so gern da aufhalten weil es aus einem kleinen Streifen zwischen zwei Häusern besteht, leider nicht sehr privat und ganz ohne Aussicht.

Very Cosy

We loved the dinner table and the kitchen was fairly well equipped which made it possible to cook dinner or lunch. The apartment has a perfect location- close to the ramparts, the food market and the bakery. The street is very nice and quiet.

Loved Old Town Antibes

My sister in law and I booked Clara’s rental unit in the heart of old town Antibes and it could not have been more perfect for our base to explore the south of France. We had rented a car in Nice thinking we would do day trips from Antibes but found out there was a 3 day car rally in Antibes so parking was an issue. We parked the car on the day we arrived and didn’t use it until we left for our second week in a different area in the south of France. We used trains and buses everywhere as both were within about a 6-10 minute walk. Nightly walks on the rampart by the sea was wonderful. Wish we had a longer booking but hope to someday return and wouldn’t hesitate to rent Clara’s unit.

A lovely spot

What a great location in Old Town Antibes. The apartment was very spacious and for our family of 5 very comfortably! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend! Some extra storage on the mezzanine level and a toaster would be great additions to the property but overall we thought it was a great spot!

Sehr schöne und perfekt gelegene Unterkunft

Die einzigen kleinen Nachteile für uns waren beim Ent-/ Beladen des Autos am Anfang/Ende des Urlaubs, dass man mit dem Auto schlecht in die Nähe der Unterkunft kommt. Poller versperren die Anfahrt, sodass man das Gepäck ca. 4 Minuten tragen muss. Andererseits ist das ein Riesenvorteil, denn um die Unterkunft herum fährt KEIN Auto, es ist absolut ruhig, auch nachts ist es wunderbar still. Der zweite kleine Nachteil ist, dass wir die Klimaanlage etwas unterdimensioniert fanden. Wir hatten Tagestemperaturen von ca. 30 Grad. Die AC hat es einfach nicht geschafft auf eine angenehme Nachttemperatur herunterzukühlen. Aber das war es auch schon mit Kritik. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar eingerichtet und ausgestattet (ok, ein Toaster wäre noch schön), alles liegt sauber und schön bereit. Der kurze Weg an die vielen verschiedenen wundervollen Orte von Antibes ist aber das größte Plus. Zwei Minuten Gehzeit, und man ist mitten im Leben der Stadt. Wollte jemand aus der Familie mal früher zurück - kein Problem, man hat zwei Schlüssel für das Appt. und ist blitzschnell dort. Zum Bahnhof sind wir immer zu Fuß gegangen. Der Zug nach Monaco kostet zu viert ca. 22 Euro (einfach), nach Nizza und Cannes ca. 10 Euro. Völlig stressfrei, ohne lästige Parkplatzsuche, zuverlässige und häufige Zugverbindungen. Wichtig Parkplatz Antibes: unbedingt vorher online buchen: Q Park Pecheurs (78€/Woche), sonst 200 Euro. Alles in Allem: absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfect summer vacation week in Antibes

The appartement is located in one of the most beautiful streets in the old town of Antibes. Communication with the host was easy and straightforward. The appartement is well equipped with an air confition and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our week very much!!

Grossartiger Sommerurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in Antibes war toll. Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und wunderschön in der Altstadt gelegen. Alles war in kurzen Wegen zu erreichen. Bis zum Wasser ist es nur um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls fussläufig, Restaurants und Cafés überall, der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist auch gut zu erreichen. Es war alles prima und wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

Antibes-Old Town

Upon arriving at the property for check-in at 4:00, the property had not been cleaned. We finally got a hold of the property manager, who told us to go walk around town, after an 8 hour flight. Not acceptable. My daughter then called VRBO and made a complaint. The place was cleaned by 6:00. After which time we enjoyed our stay. We did have a wonderful visit in Antibes and the surrounding area.

Wonderful Place in Fantastic Location

We loved our stay in this charming apartment. It is a very livable unit with a full kitchen, laundry, a dishwasher, etc. There was plenty of room to spread out and good sleeping separation with our two teens. The location is great - it's in the charming Old Antibes location only a few blocks from the market, restaurants, and beaches of Antibes. We will stay in this place anytime we visit the South of France - we loved it!

Wonderful place

We had a great time in Antibes and in Clara’s apartment. We where 4 adults and it was perfect. Nice little terrace outside where you can have breakfast and dinner. You have the bakery almost next door and also the Marketplace . Clara gave us some information about restaurants etc when we came. We will be back in Antibes and to Clara’s place. So don’t hesitate to book this place - you will not regret that

House/Apartment is exactly as described. Centrally located for shops, market and restaurants. Close to the walkways in the old town. Lots of lovely places to eat/drink within a few minutes walk. Clean, spacious and peaceful location. Great communication from owners. All v good and no issues.

Gute Lage, aber entgegen der Beschreibung kein (nutzbarer) Kamin

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel hier verbracht und waren von der guten Lage des Appartements begeistert. Nur wenige Schritte zu den Hauptsehenwürdigkeiten von Antibes und auch das Meer ist gleich um die Ecke. Sehr enttäuscht allerdings waren wir, dass der in der Beschreibung als "beliebte Annehmlichkeit" aufgeführte Kamin offenbar nicht benutzt werden darf. Irreführend, da auch die Fotos des Wohnzimmers den Kamin incl. Holzscheite zeigen. Die Beschreibung wurde inzwischen von der Vermieterin offensichtlich geändert, der Kamin wird nicht mehr als Ausstattungsmerkmal erwähnt. ++ sehr gute Lage ++ sehr schönes, geräumiges Bad ++ hübsch eingerichtet ++ Vermieterin gut erreichbar, einfacher Check-In via Schlüsselbox -- Kamin nicht benutzbar -- Küchenausstattung sehr einfach, Toaster (entgegen der Ausstattungsliste) nicht vorhanden, Kochgeschirr z.T. verkratzt und verbeult

Superbe

Superbe location au coeur du viel antibes !!!! Tout est accessible à pied (gare, commerces), plage à 5 min a pied. Logement au top!! Bien équipé, très calme malgré les animations à quelques rues, tres spacieux , moderne, bonne literie avec lits joliment préparés a notre arrivée. Gros plus pour la propreté et la petite terrasse pour faire sécher le linge et prendre l apero. Bref tout etait reuni pour un bon séjour en famille (couple avec 3 enfants). Merci à CLara pour sa disponibilité lors de la réservation pour repondre à mes questions

I love the location of this property and it was very clean inside. The beds are not comfortable, need to be replaced as well as the bed linens need changing as they are really worn. New mattresses and french linens would make this a 10 property.

Aufenthalt mit Charme

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt in der Altstadt von Antibes. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Clara ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Bei Fragen/Wünschen/Problemen ist sie zeitnah zu erreichen. Wir haben uns serh wohl gefüht und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.
