The unit was nice and the location was great but our second floor room faced the back alleyway where garbage dumpsters were stored and very loud garbage pickup was taking place at 5 am every morning. There was also a bright spotlight on at night so that, even with our shades down, the room wasn’t dark when we were trying to sleep.

While the actual place was nice enough, there were way too many things that made it difficult. Upon arrival, none of my codes worked and I was locked out. They also sent me different codes for different rooms, one being occupied. Once I got in it was okay; however, someone who may have worked there tried to get into my room. Overall, the location is great, but you gotta have patience with this place.

The property is new, clean, and very spacious! The location is awesome! There are only a few things that i wish were a bit better: - the walls are very thin so we could hear everything the neighbors were doind and everyone who was walking or opening/closing the doors in the main hallway. - although the bed sheets and towels were washed, there were a few stains that the detergent didnt remove. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, location, and all the nee amenities!

Comfortable place to stay

I like this place because it was comfortable to stay and near walking distances to the University and museum. There was many restaurants to choose from. Also, walking distance from the Amtrak station was a big plus.

I am a 78-year-old male joining the millennial generation in staying at hotels without on-site management. Liked the price and the kitchen and washer/dryer. The unit was spacious (for one person), the bathroom new and clean and the television was great. What I did not like was the lack of room-darkening shades (there were shades, but the room was not dark), the 6AM garbage pickup that shortened my night's sleep, the very soft bed and heating system (a single unit for the apartment). During a cold spell, I had to turn the temperature to 75 degrees to warm the sleeping area. After making the reservation, I received daily e-mails saying that there was a problem with my credit card. Despite 2 calls to the 800 number, I continued to receive e-mails despite verbal reassurances that all was in order. So a mixed review - excellent facility, but challenges with the reservation process.

Our room was clean and neat when we arrived. Everything is in walking distance except a grocery store. Getting into the building with our code was a disaster. We were given different check in times, so our code would not work. Everyone we met had the same problem. They tried to fix it remotely which took 4 separate phone calls. Our code finally worked after 45 minutes after our check in time. Not into the ultra modern look. The furniture is not comfortable. 60” flat screens in each bedroom is overkill. It’s not as affordable as I thought it would be. The added cost of the parking garage made it more expensive then staying at a normal hotel. I would not recommend this place.

The hotel was great once we were able to get into the building. The door code that was sent did not work and it took 45 minutes to navigate it between an online dashboard that didn't work and a call center that took 7 minutes to pick up. Once in the hotel, it was great. Clean comfortable, no frills in a way that is great.
