Our stay was perfect. The breakfast variety was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wrote an exam on Monday and it was a walkable distance from the Prometric test center. The stay was exactly what I needed and was well rested on exam day. Will book in June again for my next exam.

Eye surgery

The worst part was the elevator, didn't workvery well. Doors barely opened. Didn't know if we were going to get off a couple of times. No hair dryer in room and no replacement for it.

The bathroom handle in the nathtubs was so full of rust it fell out. The ac was so loud and making high pitched crackling noises, even when we switched rooms the other was the same. The hot tub has been out of service for 2 years and they still jave it on their page. At this poont that is false advertising. The only good thing about this hotel is that their breakfast is good and opened earl and like their ppol is closed late.

The area was great. THe hotel was very old and carpet needs updating. The heater was so loud that it woke us up every time that it came on inside the room. Breakfast was without any drink options besides coffee because the juice machine was broken down.

Good basic lodging but this hotel needs serious upgrading. The TVs are not even Smart TV, the carpet is old, and the bedroom furniture is quite worn. Our biggest disappointment was the free breakfast. The selections were limited to muffins, breads, some cereal and coffees. No fruits at all! Again, don't expect more than just basic lodging at an old sleepy property. Sorry but those are the facts!
