This cozy 33 m² accommodation provides a pleasant setting for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends. Its location is perfect, within walking distance of shops, bakeries, supermarkets, and public transport to easily reach the city center or other points of interest.

The bright and welcoming main room includes a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed, a dining table, and warm decor.
The open, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and utensils, making it easy to prepare your meals.
For sleeping arrangements, a separate bedroom awaits you with a 160 cm double bed and practical storage for your belongings.
The bathroom is equipped with a modern and functional shower, and the toilets are separate. Outside, the shared courtyard offers a lovely spot to relax in peace.
The NEY district, close to parks and green spaces, guarantees a peaceful stay while remaining near all amenities. Public transport (bus and tram) just a few minutes' walk away makes it easy to travel throughout the city.
LATE CHECK-IN:
For arrivals after 8 p.m., we offer a "late check-in" service for an additional fee, to be arranged with your concierge before arrival.
