We checked in at 5:30PM. When we opened the door to our room, we immediately saw the curtain line was torn and sagging. This meant there was no way to block the street or parking lot light at night from the room or have privacy. We called the front desk. They had no other rooms available but would repair the curtain. The maintenance man promptly arrived...with a roll of masking tape! He said that was all they have. The hotel was due for a refresh but this hadn't started yet and there were no spares of anything for repairs. As a side note the room safe wasn't working; its battery was dead. The soap dispensers in the shower were empty. For this I paid $206! My wife was furious. Her comment was "Motel 6 would be luxurious next to this." The hotel management clearly knew about this problem and should not have rented this room. Wyndham should immediately remove this franchise from their property list. I wouldn't book with Wyndham again. I have never had this problem with Marriot or Hilton affiliated properties and I have been traveling for business and vacation for more than forty years.

The first room I was given had a bed bug casing on the mattress. I was given a new room- AC was set at 69° but the room was 76°, there were toenail clippings between the bed and night stand. Smelt mildew-y throughout the hotel. I ended up leaving & still have yet to hear about my refund.
