Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a favorite movie on the large TV, or serving brunch on the expansive deck. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and hiking snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard room, and a formal dining table. Coffee enthusiasts will love the keurig, tea kettle, and french press available for the ultimate wake-up call. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. A dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, monitor, keyboard, and mouse provides a seamless remote work environment.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
The garage is not for guest use.
No smoking on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
