Convenient shuttle, not far from the airport, clean comfortable room. Arrived late at night so I didn't really see the neighborhood. There is not a restaurant on the premises so best to dine before checking in. The next time I overnight in Anchorage I'll book another room.

We arrived late due to a flight delay and as per the policy it said we could check in anytime. The person at check in said we were a no show, I noted that the checkout time was 11 and we were there before this and wanted access to our shower. He told us to wait while calling his manager. We waited for over 20 minutes still nothing. Then he said he would give us access. The manager then arrived and insisted he was doing us a favor by allowing us access to the room and insisted on the $100 deposit for use of the shower, which I then paid. The first room given to us was a used one which still had the dirty towels lying all over the floor. We inisted on a clean room. We managed to shower and change and then checked out, to be told the manager wanted to talk to us and we must wait. Did not answer his phone and eventually we left. Three weeks later and the money is still not refunded. Awful experience.

Seemed a little sketchy when we pulled up. There is not much parking until you pull around the building and there is a dirt parking lot. There were a bunch of men working on a car back there. I wouldn’t have felt safe if my husband was not with us. The room was meh. The bedside table was gross and sticky. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The mirror behind the bed had grease spots from someone leaning their head on it. That aside, bathroom was clean and beds were good.

We enjoyed that the room was big . There was no hot water. Staff were not very cordial. The common areas of the hotel were not clean. Lots of garbage laying around. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This is the nicest place in town for the money. After staying in multiple different locations this is the only one I have returned to. The staff is amazing, the rooms are great and they don't quadrouple their prices during tourist season. Solid 10/10

Our room did not have any towels, the floor still had crumbs on it, and obviously wasn’t cleaned. The air vents for some reason had food in between the vents, and the eye hole had a rolled up piece of toilet paper or tissue covering the hole from a previous stayer.

Extremely old looking and not well kept, the elevator was super dirty and the trash can outside the elevator on our floor was splashed with something awful and all over the wall. No way to eat nearby and they were not willing to drop us off in their shuttle somewhere to eat on the way to the airport (we had no car since we were waiting for our daughter, who had rented a car, to arrive the next day). The staff was friendly but slow.

Disrespectful and didn’t notify of up charges for extra person. Requested rollaway and was told at the location at check in that it wasn’t allowed even though we called ahead to confirm. My son had to sleep on the pad in the window sill😳 because we had no other option because we didn’t arrive until after midnight (flight delays).
