Room was clean and well stocked. Newly remodeled room and building. Conveniently located downtown. Secure neighborhood. Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Only areas needing improvement were hotter water temperature of water out of shower and better perimeter security. An exterior door was noted to be ajar at one point. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast. What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer any kind of compensation or gesture of goodwill, such as complimentary breakfast. The room itself also had a few issues. It was on street level, and the blinds were quite see-through, so we could clearly see the lights from passing cars and people outside, which made it feel less private and disrupted the atmosphere. There was also no hair dryer in the room, we had to request one after arriving. Overall, the stay didn’t meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t stay here again and will be seeking a partial refund.

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war soweit okay- die Toilette aber nicht wirklich sauber. Auch das Waschbecken wirkte nicht gut geputzt. Ansonsten machte das Zimmer einen recht neuen, gepflegten Eindruck.
