The staff there is rude. When i was calling to comfirm everything was good and if i can check in on the phone. The male csr was not helpful and was very short with me. After checking in online after 2 hrs i finally arrive to the hotel it looks clean and nice. Until i went to my room. My room was dirty like in one corner had poop on the floor the AC was broken. Also someone had that room prior bcuz they left there greeting card there and i didnt even look in the bathroom because i was so disgusted. I did inform them about the room and the men that was working came to my room and inspect it and even saw. However im glad he did change me into a different room but it was next door and he already had another room ready. Assuming not 100 percent sure, that they probably knew that it was not a good room to rent. I just felt very unease about this stay and that room.

The property staff was so nice! The room was fine. It had a refrigerator and microwave which we liked. The best part is the location-walking distance to Disneyland and the shopping center. Bonus was the free parking! We would definitely stay here again! The one negative is they don’t have free breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal for us

I like that there’s a Starbucks downstairs. The room where we stayed at was spacious, neat and clean. I noticed that we didn’t have an iron(missing) in the closet but it’s not a big deal. I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel near disney, very walkable. Our room was right by the elevators and we heard people taking the elevator and walking by all night.. our bathroom also smelled like sewage. Giving a 3 star for that and we honestly spent 0 time at the hotel because of it.
