I would not recommend this property. Unfortunately, our family’s experience during our stay was very disappointing. While the pool was available, many of the amenities advertised were either missing or inaccurate, including the video games, crib, and pool fence.The overall cleanliness and condition of the home were unacceptable. There was a strong mold odor throughout the property, visible mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the shower corners, hair in the beds, and stains on the sheets. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and had hair and stains on sheets. The house itself showed significant wear and damage, including peeling and water-damaged baseboards in multiple bathrooms. The air vents were filled with dust and buildup, restricting airflow and contributing to the poor air quality. The house had a moody odor in bathrooms and mold in and out of all bathrooms. The windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them.In addition, I requested that the pool and spa heaters be turned on, but the host never addressed the request. Communication with the host was extremely poor throughout the stay. Multiple concerns went unanswered, and I ultimately had to contact VRBO customer service in order to receive assistance.Overall, this property did not match its listing or expectations. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations, as I would not stay here again.
