2 Queen Room was small but adequate for 2 people. Would not have worked if our 2 kids had been with us. Staff was friendly on check in and towels were exchanged daily. Full room service only provided on request. The parking lot becomes a money grab at night with "valet" double and triple parking cars everywhere. Very likely you will not have a parking spot on premise if you return at night or will be blocked in to your spot if you try to leave. Overall the stay was good and very convenient for park access. Would stay again.

Room was fine and staff courteous. The coffee in the lobby was really good and well set up. Our "room for 5 people" deluxe room was actually a room for 4... you could squeeze in a rolling cot for a 5th on request, so that was false advertising and we were confused when we first arrived. We thought they gave us the wrong room so that was a little upsetting.

The room lacked sound proofing. The adjoining room access allowed us to hear the everything the young, loud, neighboring family had to say. Ok during the day, but not cool at 0100 in the morning.

CONS: Nosafe in the room. You have to go to the front desk and leave your valuables in a safety deposit box there. Walls are thin, could hear the people next door. Could also hear the people stomping around above us. Heating/cooling unit is VERY loud. I could even hear the one in another room. One elevator for the building. Thankfully I could use the stairs. Door to the bathroom was a pain to open and close. Sliding door with no wheel on the track. Room can really only accommodate 3 people if you like to hang up your clothes. PROS: Refrigerator and microwave in the room. For those needing an accessible room, the bathroom is very spacious. Safety railings in the shower and on the wall near the toilet. Foldable seat in the shower as well as two different shower heads. A short walk to the DL entrance on Harbor side. The room was clean and they gave us more than enough towels.

Very clean size of room was great. Also a very big plus for me supper close to the entrance of the them parks. However the man with the speaker st 7 in the morning was not pleasant other than that had a wonderful time and stay. Will book again

When we checked in we were NOT told that we would be below the night club that was happening. We had to take my daughter to the emergency room and came back to listen to the room vibrating with music. It was AWFUL and don't know why they would put any families next to that noise!
