This place is amazing. Three stories, full kitchen, two car garage. Back patio where you can watch the Disney fireworks every night. Gated. Close to so many stores and restaurants.

Pros: good value for the number of people it sleeps, useful kitchen, close to Disneyland, beds were comfortable, it was cleanish, and allows pets.Cons: Listing didn’t mention that the master (which sleeps half the occupants) is on a third floor that does not benefit from air conditioning. The thermostat also reads several degrees above the actual temperature. If you have a dog, you need to take her out on the very busy street to pee/poo or do it on the very dirty, bleak patio. You nearly fall through when sitting on the second floor couch (which should be thrown out), it is not walking distance to Disneyland, garage door opener didn’t work, balcony was dismal, no street bars in showers, and the bathtub plug was broken.

This house was really great for our stay with 7 people ranging from teens to adults. Plenty of beds and space for everyone to spread out. It was clean, easy to get in and out of and close enough to walk to Disney or close enough to uber for under 10 each way. The owners were very responsive to questions and we would absolutely stay here again.

The townhouse was clean and tidy. It was useful to have basic staples (salt, sugar) in the kitchen, and we liked the common areas on first and second floors.

Nice place but not well maintained

Overall, the place was nice and well decorated. Toilets were clean, but floors (especially carpet), some beds and showers weren’t very clean. The place could use some curtains to make bedrooms darker and also some repairs and fresh paint. It’s a nice place with lots of potential, and management is nice, but I expected more with cleanliness for the price point.
