BE AWARE ….. my original review has vanished for this unit and that should be concerning to the next guests this unit is beyond dirty and disgusting - cleanliness is not how i would even come close to describing and i am not sure how anyone could has said otherwise i have many shareable pictures as proof to the conditions and if the owner is or has not paid for a deep cleaning including carpets i would not rent here no matter how close you are to Disneyland as mold and black dust are toxic no matter how little time you are spending near it hopefully this review will stay on the site to be fair to the next renters note: my contact with the new cleaning agency representative and the person at Vacasa were great and they did the best they could under the circumstances

Nice Place Close to Disney, Just Be Aware of a Few Things

We got a complaint for noise on one of our nights. I simply do not know that is possible. We were all in bed when I got the alert of a possible 1,000 fine if it happened again. My son may have coughed a couple of times is the only thing I could think of. I'm still confused how we got a complaint.We lost water on one of the days of our trip. This was an issue specific to our property, NOT a problem in SoCal because of the fires. I was disappointed that the best offer the property manager had for us was a 15 refund and a couple hour later checkout. I think it's problem bigger than 15. Lastly, our car was towed. We moved our car one time during our stay, and I missed our assigned spot BY ONE SPOT. Admittedly, I wasn't super careful because the parking lot was half empty, and was always half empty throughout our stay. The car was misparked for a couple of hours on just one evening while we went to Disneyland, and when we got back it was gone. It cost us 550 to get our car back at 3 AM. The owner did tell us about the possibility of being towed, but I would warn guests in bolded large font about how this complex is clearly predatory. I picked up another job to pay for this chance to take my kids to Disneyland, and a 550 price tag does not match the gravity of my sin. I can't help but wonder if the manager of the complex has a towing business on the side to pad their income. Nice unit with great location and mangers are nice, but be warned and learn from my mistake.

MUST Stay

Amazing very clean stay. 5 minute walk to Disneyland hotel. 15 min walk from front door to front gates. Very comfortable after a long day at parks.

Rain rain go away

Overall a great stay and great location. It rained the first night that resulted in a leaky roof, right above the master bed. Contacted the property manager and we did get a return call from the maintenance person who said that there was nothing he could do since the property was privately owned. Rain went away and didn’t have a problem after that but hopefully the home owners fix the issue. Location was great! Walked to the parking garage pickup point and took the shuttle into the park. Easy peasy.

Great convenient location

Overall we had a great stay here. The location is so convenient for walking to Disneyland, entering through Downtown Disney. The space was very clean and nicely decorated with Disney decor. The master bedroom and bathroom were lovely. A few things provided that I didn't notice the listing: a toaster, a Keurig/drip coffee maker, an umbrella stroller, and access to a pool (we did not have time to use, so can't comment on it). The only cons were the sofa bed was too uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on, and communication is a bit slow compared to other property rentals I've stayed at in the past. All in all it was a great space and we would stay here again.

A bit of a walk to Disneyland

It's a little more of a walk to Disney then you think but not bad. The Disney touches in the condo are cute. Condo complex is older but inside is redone nicely. We never heard neighbors. Parking spot is right out front. Layout of condo is great. Don't expect any extra linens for futon sofa or trundle bed to be there as this is managed by Vacasa. You will need to request them once you arrive and probably will not get them until the next day. Same if you would like any washcloths or hand towels. At least there are plenty of other blankets in the condo provided by the owner.

Disney Bound 2023

We were very happy with the property. There were a few minor issues. All in all it was a wonderful experience. The fireworks were fantastic from the deck and the 15 min walk to the park entrance was fantastic.

At a 3.0 walk this property is 16 minutes door to entrance of the parks. The furniture is new and everything looks as pictured. Thanks to the strict noise policies it is dead quiet at night which is perfect for a tired family. The Vacasa team communication is disjointed. They need to have a single point of contact when issues arise. I was communicating with 5 different contacts, none of which knew what the other was saying. I have had excellent service from Vacasa in Oregon so this must be a local issue.

Choose this instead of Disney Resort!

We were really happy with our stay - saved money over staying at Disneyland Resort, and got more bathrooms and a kitchen too! Clean and nicely decorated. We walked from the condo through Downtown Disney to get to the parks each day, then rode the tram back to the parking structure right by it each night. I would definitely stay here again. Wish list: tower fans in the bedrooms. :)

Great location for Disneyland

If you are going to Disney, this is an incredible location. It is within easy walking distance to the parks. The full kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms are a plus. While sleeping 7 is possible, it is a stretch. The linens are marginal and pillowcases were scarce. Overall we had a good experience.

Great, close location- quiet- good for families

Check-in was a breeze. Information for check-in & the overall property was communicated clearly & numerous times. Easy to follow instructions for the front door code- never had an issue with it. The assigned parking spot was right in front of the unit. Just park in it & you won't get towed as it sounded like others did. We didn't. The best thing about the unit is the perfect location. Only a 20 min. walk to the front gates going though security bag check at Downtown Disney & then walking through Downtown Disney. Or you can do an 8 min. walk to the tram. You just might have to wait a few to load the tram. The 2 1/2 bathrooms was a huge plus for our family of 6. The master bathroom is quiet small but does it's job. Hold the button to flush toilets or it seems like it won't go down. We didn't use the washer/dryer. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you'd need (except for a pizza pan that we bought & left for future guests). There was a Keurig with a few coffees/teas to get us started. We didn't use the dishwasher. The beds would be my only complaint. The master bed was quite firm. The top bunk bed in the 2nd room wobbled a lot & we had to pull it away from the wall a bit because it would scrap the wall as someone climbed to the top. Both of the mattresses on the bunk beds very firm/hard. It was a twin on top & a full on bottom. The trundle bed (under the bunk bed) barely felt like a mattress. It was extremely hard & not what I would consider a mattress at all. It was also very squeaky so any movement would wake others in the same room. We brought it downstairs & used it on the floor in the living room. A brand new couch was delivered during our stay so it is no longer flaking white pieces; however, it's exactly the same as the other one that was there (same as in listing picture) & it is not comfortable at all to sleep on. It folds flat but then you have a crevasse in your back. It is also very hard. Our slender 12 year old slept on it folded up as a couch because it was too uncomfortable unfolded. It would be tough for a large adult to sleep on it as a couch. The overall cleanliness was good. A few little random dust bunnies/hairs. It does have some wear & tear but nothing major. The property manager was extremely responsive & polite! We would most likely stay here again but I would want more comfortable beds- particularly the trundle & couch. Not sure that any adult or older teen would want to sleep on them if you need all the beds.

A few annoyances but overall, ok experience

When we arrived the apartment was still being cleaned and the cleaning person thought we were coming the next day. We had to wait (not long) for her to finish up. Thermostat didn't work. Manager checked it but still didn't work. It would set itself to 80°! One night it heated the house to 90° downstairs and you can imagine how hot it got upstairs. The manager was very nice when I spoke to him about and we agreed to turn it off completely when we checked out instead of trying to set it correctly. Also, the master bathroom shower walls were not clean. They looked clean but once the water hit it, it was obvious. I suggest using a bleach cleaner. The couch leather is flaking off and left us with white stuff on our clothes. When we were looking for more pillows I found a large pillow in the master closet that was really dirty. Toilet roll holders were all falling off and the manager took a look and replaced them with stands. Since we were gone most of the day and only prepared a few meals and slept in the apartment the overall stay was fine.

Convenient stay near Disneyland

It was a good experience. Property management was responsive to requests, even though it was the thanksgiving weekend. Apartment was well furnished. Location was quite close to Disneyland but ended up driving and using the parking structures. It was too much walking for us. The close proximity did allow us to split the day into two trips, with an afternoon break, which was why we chose something close.

Very cute and clean

We love to stay in this neighborhood due to its proximity to Disneyland. It's easy to walk to the park. Condo was very clean and the decorations were very fun (Disney oriented). We will stay here again!

Adorable and CLOSE to Disneyland!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The place was spotless when we arrived, and so brightly colored and inviting. It was literally across the street from Downtown Disney and the Disneyland Resort, making getting home both easy and fun. We didn't even have to rent a car! The accommodations were comfortable - although I will say the place only barely fits seven people. My husband and I shared the sofa bed, which was a full at best width-wise, but it was also nice and long and we managed. There were no linens for it when we arrived, but the property manager speedily provided us with brand new linens when we told him. All in all the perfect stay for our family! We would absolutely stay there again!

UNCLEAN!

The place was filthy. Floors were not swept, there were dead bugs on the carpet, no hand soap, and grime inside the toilet bowls as if they had not been cleaned. I requested a call from a Vrbo rep and never received one-- terrible customer service. I'll never book with Vrbo again and I'll recommend booking elsewhere to everyone I know.

Disneyland trip

We enjoyed our stay at the condo as our home base for Disneyland. The location was very accurate with the description. Very quiet condo unit. Easy drive to the grocery store. The walk to the west side Disneyland security gate was approximately 1/2 mile. Beds very comfortable. Shower in master was really great for our tall family. Kitchen had enough cookware and appliances were in good working order but was missing any dish towels or sponges for cleaning up. The condo did come with paper towels. Overall a good place for our trip.

Great Location, Comfortable Amenities

The property is located within 15 min walk to Downtown Disney and about 30 to the main gates. About as convenient as it gets without staying at the Disneyland hotels on site. The property appeared clean and recently updated within the last couple years. The kitchen had a good amount of stocked items like coffee filters and dish ware. It could use an update on basic seasonings - the salt shaker was nothing more than an aged block. Nice to have the bunk beds for the kids and the master bed was comfortable. Our only issue was a noise complaint from neighbors at 7:45pm which could only be about our 2 year old who was having a hard time going down in a new place our first night. Quiet hours are posted at 10pm. We can’t really hold the property responsible for this but be aware that the neighbors are sensitive and it made us rather concerned for the rest of the stay since we were running the kids way off their normal routine. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

If you're going to Disneyland, this is about as good as it gets. The townhouse was very appropriate for our family of four, with two little ones. There was plenty of room and it was within a 20 minute walk of the doors to Disney. There were only two issues: the internet quit working the second day we were there. While the property managers worked hard to resolve it, it sounds like it was a provider issue and they didn't get it fixed appropriately. I'm sure it was able to be corrected after so it shouldn't be an issue, and even so, the communication we received from TurnKey was very good. The other issue was that the floors on the main level left my son's feet black a couple times when he played barefoot. I'm not sure if it was dirty or some sort of issue with the flooring as it didn't seem to affect socked feet as much. Again, very correctable and I'm sure it won't be a problem going forward. So...a few hiccups but overall a good experience. I'd book this unit again!

Fantastic Disney Vacay

We just left this property after a 4 day trip to Disney, let me just say the location of this property is perfect! The first two days we drove and parked, but on the third day we realized it was actually easier to just walk thru downtown Disney from the rental. The outside of the rental is much more dated than we expected, but the inside was almost exactly as pictured (minus a few area rugs and bedding, and some expected wear and tear). We were a group of 6, my husband and I, our three children (4,2, and 4 months), and my sister. This place has everything you need, and it was very nice having two bedrooms and three bathrooms, and laundry! The only thing I think needs to be checked is the bunkbed; it seemed unstable so we used the bottom bunk and trundle instead. Turn Key was AMAZING to work with Check-in was seamless and they were very prompt in answering questions I had. My 2 year old locked the bathroom door and closed it, luckily when she exited. Turn Key called someone to come fix the lock and they were very kind and unlocked the door that day. We will definitely come back and rent again!
