Good Hotel

The hotel is iconic and has a lot of history. Overall a beautiful hotel in the middle of crowded city. The Taj Mahal Towers is just like any other basic hotel nothing special in fact my stay at Conrad and Sheraton in Bengalore was much modern experience. During my check out the staff never asked me anything regarding my stay here for 6 nights. My wish was complete by staying here

Fantastic property with lots of food and drinks options inhouse. Service was par excellence! Colaba shopping areas at back of hotel and worth a visit, though can be intimidating for the faint hearted. Staff at hotel went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and great.

Amazing hotel

Amazing interior and grrat service. As a guest of the tower hotel you can use all the fascilities as the palace guest. Lot of live music in all the places, great smell in the reception, amazing food, 3 restaurant options for breakfast. Room is perfest with nice balcony and the view to gateway if india. We stayed three nights at Taj Mahal Tower Hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel opposite Gateway of India was very convenient with shopping and extensive choice of food outlets in the nearby colaba area. The iconic Taj Palace hotel is connected and most public areas are shared by both hotels. The welcome ceremony conducted on check in is very unique and made us feel special. The staff are always friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the housekeeping and food and beverage outlets. The complimentary tour was very informative and it is highly recommended if you have time to complete. A little inconvenience is the lobby is always crowded with visitors not staying at the hotel but overall a very good stay with the usual Taj excellence which makes this hotel great.
