I like the free breakfast, indoor pool, and the workout room! Dislikes…. My room was not properly cleaned. It had not been vacuum. There was pill in the floor and my room fridge did not work! It was my first time and last time. Very disappointed!

After checking in, we were given a room that wasn’t clean. It was the room we reserved, ( wheelchair accessible sleeps 6) but was still was dirty. Beds not made, garbage everywhere, dirty towels etc… When bringing this to the attention of the front desk, all I got was a sorry and we can put you in another room. The room they offered was not big enough (slept 4). I told them that and they offered me an additional room on another floor. Wouldn’t work, the oldest child I had was 12. Not leaving them alone in a hotel room on another floor. Was told the only room that would accommodate us is reserved for another day, so we couldn’t have it. We stayed one night. After an hour, the finally spoke to a manager of House keeping that let us have the room to accommodate my group. No one was willing to roll up there sleeves and clean a room to accommodate a wheelchair user and family. They were going to let us walk out the door and be on our own. Finally get to the room, and it was still not clean, beds were made, trash taken out, but room was dirty, floors were sticky. By far the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at! Breakfast was not at all what was expected by reviews either. Bacon was raw, eggs were watery, and fruit was not ripe yet. The people at breakfast were incredibly nice and attentive with clearing plates and keeping food out. Food just wasn’t great, especially fora Hilton! I will not be staying there again.

Overall, good hotel.

Although our room was not ready upon arrival, the staff responded promptly and ensured our wait was minimal. Throughout our stay, they were consistently helpful and friendly, especially when we requested additional towels and linens. While the room itself showed signs of age and had a noticeable musty odor, the property offered some notable positives, including a clean, spacious pool and a convenient location near the airport.

We usually stay at Embassy Suites for the previous customer service and feeling of convenience when away from home. I haf 2 bookings one for my family and then one for the next day for my in laws. Upon my arrival on a Friday I out of making sure asked to make sure that the reservation for mybin laws arriving the next day was accurate and still showing in the system and was rold yes. My in laws arrived the next day at about 10am and was told they could not check in early, which was understandable stated they needed to wait until 4pm, which was fine we had games later that day where we would be out until at least 8pm. Came back to the hotel and were told that the room was no longer available. UNACCEPTABLE! The front desk attendant was very unprofessional, did not want to help come up with a solution, and called her off the clock "manager Ryan". They continued to play around and for 45 mins explain to us that the manager was "on her way" to assist us. For some reason the only "manager on duty" was a guy who explained to us that her was over food & beverage. We waited in the lobby for over 30 mins and said manager never arrived. In laws had to go to another hotel for a room. With all of this, i specifically asked for our room to get a cleaning while we were out, rooms was not up to par nor were there towels added after cleaning. I will NEVER stay at Embassy Suites-St.Louis Airport. I have left my contact information with someone this morning in hopes to be contacted by a GM SOON!

This hotel has a problem with the heating, could not put the heat up and was roughly between 62-64 fahrenheit and could not get warm. Room was weirdly laid out with couch facing the wrong direction and it was stained and dirty. Chair seat for ''desk'' was completely caved in a unable to be used... Hotel needs some attention

Toilet was dirty. They also charged me with the parking . Your side said that it was parking free. You have to fix this for other customers. If you are traveling you pay for the night and for the parking. Next time I would park at the airport parking.
