The property was nice and modern looking, and decorated nicely. The location by the lake was awesome and it is also close to Grand Rapids itself so you are nevee too far from fun activities! The hot tub for this rental was down, but we were allowed to use the hot tub by the other unit which was very nice, however it was not very private. Also be aware that the listing says "private hot tub", but it is actually shared with nearby units and not exclusive to your party. When trying to clear this up with the owner i didnt receive great communication from them as they took weeks to reply. Was quite frustrated with the inaccurate listing since we mainly booked this place for the hot tub, we just got lucky that there were not other people in the nearby units that we had to share hot tub time with. Overall rental was moderately clean but did notice some crumbs on the couches and dining room table.
