The breakfast buffet was not the best, poor system for the “live cooking” station, queues caused confusion and some conflicts, coffee machine was ok but if you had any coffee with milk it was not nice, stick to just espresso. The roof top pool area was excellent but the generic love island music playing in the background was infuriating and spoiled the atmosphere. If you choose a discounted room you are NOT in the main hotel and you won’t get a large window or balcony.The lifts in the old section are very scary, they make some terrible noises and the door will hit you if you are slow getting in. The shower in the room is fantastic, lots of pressure but sadly it will flood the room because the drains are poor. Not bad overall but would probably not stay again.

Lovely break

Really enjoyed our stay, very close to beach. Was a last minute trip and so glad we done it. Enjoyed breakfast and the sky bar and pool bars.Food truck was great for a lunch/afternoon bite to eat.

I had a wonderful stay at Port Hotel Alicante, this is the second time I have visited but this time solo. The staff were so friendly, the food in the restaurant was delicious and varied, the rooms were clean and I felt really safe. I can’t wait to return!

Stayed 4 nights, the last 2 nights the dinner time food was the BEST EVER out of all the Spain holidays we have been on, the quality and the seasoning of the food was exceptional, even the desserts was so good, i mean taste, fresh and made superbly. You can tell the Chefs have experience. The negatives, you have to pay for Pool Towels 2€ and if u want a clean one u have to pay again. Very disappointed. No entertainment. So nights is so boring and there is nothing within the area to go, you have to walk 15min to the beach promenade for abit of life. Kids do get bored. Housekeeping, Waited for over 2 hrs for bath towels. Remember remember there is a supermarket 6min away that sells EVERYTHING and cheap. Closed on Sundays bear that in mind , water vending machines is 2€ at hotel which in my opinion should provide at least a bottle free. The hotel is modern and have big rooms, excellent interior and pools. Anyway, honestly food quality is the best well done chefs please feed back to them. Oh forgot the food truck food and bar lunch food was superb too, nearly forgot to mention them. Thanks

Fantastic holiday, perfect for families with children and couples. Close to the sea and easy travel to Alicante via the tram. Rooms were always clean, staff and service were great. People were very friendly and it was just an all-rounder. Modern hotel like the pictures, very please and will be returning!

San Juan - Park Hotel

It was lovely. The hotel gets very busy, with many families with children, and the swimming pool gets busy and very noisy, but the beach is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel and guarantees a beautiful sea and sandy beach. There are many bars with great food and drinks! Please note that the hotel is based in a residential area.

Great modern hotel !

Really nice hotel in a great location by the beach. Service was a little slow.
