Other Things to Note:

Aside from the king bed in the bedroom, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well as 2 small single sleeper sofas in the small room. We listed this home as a 2 bedroom that sleeps 4, but please note that the bathroom is accessed through the small bedroom which is connected to the main bedroom. It can technically sleep 6, but we feel that 4 is more comfortable. Ideal for a couple that wants more space to spread out, watch tv in different rooms, or read privately in one room.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was really delightful! Decor was very nicely done, the house was incredibly clean and comfortable! Wonderful fully equipped kitchen and the backyard sitting area was very pleasant. We didn’t hot tub while we were there but it looked inviting. Excellent location! Hosts were very attentive and responsive to communications and any needs we had during the stay! In short we can’t say enough good things about our stay and would definitely like to stay again!

This home was exactly what we needed for a 2 day vacation. The amenities are wonderful. The hot tub, grill, outside fire pit, and outside lights work perfectly and made for relaxing evenings. They have corn hole (bags) available also. Parking was perfect and the house was EXTREMELY warm and inviting. Anything we needed was already provided to make our stay hassle free. A beautiful park as well as Old downtown shopping stores and boutiques are in walking distance. The hosts were readily available if we had any questions and checked in to make sure we were doing ok. If you are on the fence about staying here, just do it. It is quite a gem. We will be coming back!

Cute house in old town neighborhood. Nice to have yard for dogs (complete with poop bags and garbage for them), hot tub and nice kitchen/LR. Lots of little extras and goodies. Down the street from the museum and a park.

Great Property & Excellent Host!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host was absolutely amazing — communication was prompt, clear, and very helpful throughout our visit. The home itself was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. On top of that, the location was perfect as our homebase for day trips to Santa Fe, Jemez Springs and Abique. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

We came to take our two boys to the ABQ BioPark. We wanted to find a place that was close, convenient, had a hot tub, and space for our two dogs. We were so glad to find that in this house. We enjoyed having our own space, playing cornhole, using the hot tub and fire pit outside. We also enjoyed cooking hamburgers and eating on the patio. Would recommend this house for anyone with a small family and animals. If we come back to the area I hope this place is available.

Albuquerque getaway!

We arrived to find a huge driveway easy access to the main road. The place is a modern Adobe style home with gorgeous cactus outside flowers about to bud. Inside we found carefully curated art pieces placed to give that southwestern charm. The host was friendly and attentive checking in with my husband when we first arrived to make sure everything was to our liking.The kitchen was updated with all thebplayes dishes and cookware you may need. There was a coffee bar and a basket with coffee, cookies, donutsz snacks and pasturized cream if you are a coffee and cream lover like me.We missed an ice maker but we survived the the mini ice trays.The bed was a king size bed nice and soft but firm too. There was a cue little bonus room next to bathroom with two mini sofas that were pull out sleepers if needed. We used the area for our luggage and dressing room.The backyard was warmly lit with bistro style lights along the private fenced in yard. There is a fire pit and seating area plenty of firewood if you wanted fire. A new grill for a cookout and of course the easy to use hot tub. There is a big laundry room with plenty of counter space.The place was just perfect. I'm sure I left out some other great details, but you'll need to see for yourself. Almost forgot, the place is dog friendly too. Lovely place, highly recommend!Thanks,Dianne & Jerry

Beautiful home near Old Town

I stayed at this property with my mom, aunt, and dog while visiting a family member in Albuquerque and it was the perfect arrangement. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The backyard was a great space to spend time in with family and for the dog to run around. The neighborhood was peaceful, despite being close to a major road and to Old Town, and our hosts were responsive and helpful. It was a quick walk to Old Town and short drive to many other fun things to do in Albuquerque. The bedroom/bathroom arrangement is a little quirky since you have to go through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom and a second bedroom, but it worked fine for our group. Overall, we were all impressed with the property and would come back again!

Fabulous stay at Grandma’s old Town Adobe

Great experience for myself, my sister and our 3 dogs. The home was upscale in design and also very comfortable, and safe. Great restaurants nearby & parks, including a great dog park! Having a quiet, private backyard with hot tub and gas grill made staying home a wonderful respite. We highly recommend the caring hosts and their beautiful property.

Road trip weekend break in the Q

Grandma's Old Town Adobe was a perfect fit for our needs. A quick two day stop while on a road trip from Southern NM back up to Colorado. Centrally located, close to local friends' homes and tons of amenities and attractions. Such a cute and well kept adobe, with a fenced yard (pet friendly), off street parking, plenty of bed space for a group of four (would sleep 6), a grill, yard games and a hot tub. Our pantry was well stocked and owner John was always a message away if needed, without being overbearing or intrusive. Restful, fun, again just perfect. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again if back in town.

The pictures do not do it justice! The house is cozy, tastefully decorated, and the neighborhood is peaceful.The master bedroom bed was so comfortable, and the kitchen spacious and well stocked. And the hot tub was delightful. Literally steps to Old Town and also Uber accessible. I will be back!
