Toilet was clogged, called front desk maintenance entered, without knocking, room was cold, called front desk thermostat was not working they advised it needed batteries but I had to go downstairs to get the batteries and change them myself. Our room was spacious and clean when we arrived. The negative that we were not happy with was the thermostat/air or heating unit. It kept kicking on and off by the seconds in the middle of the night. We had to turn it off completely. We made sure upon check-in to ask for clean-sheets, clean towels and cleaning of the room every day. We even spoke to the staff to ask for this and to change the sheets. This did not happen. The staff only straightened the room. They did not change the sheets or completely restock the towels. I would suggest that you turn the air down in the eating area. It makes the food cold while trying to eat. The food was really good. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts. I think the offer for made to order is spot on. I wish your coffee shop was open earlier and later throughout the day. Your hotel is very pretty on the inside. I was impressed from the minute I walked in the front door.

We booked a room for 2 queen beds and pull out bed. When we got their they were over booked. They only had a king bed with pull out. We had 5 people. This was very tight. They didn't tell us at check in. We had to find it when we got to the room. When we called the front desk they just said they were over booked. We had to smash in... We checked in after midnight. We got woke up very early by a fire alarm going off that later we found out to be a false alarm. When we got to breakfast the bacon was not cooked fully and the rest was just sub par vs other embassy suites.
