We checked in late around midnight. The NIGHT staff was above & beyond excellent! We had to check out around 6:30am and the lady working the desk at thst time was rude and argumentative. There is a sign on the door that says to ring the doorbell between 11pm-7am. Around 6:40am I took luggage to the car and rang the doorbell to be let back in. The lady who let me in lectured me about using the room card, but she didn't give me a chance to tell her I didn't have a key card on me. I pointed out the sign and that it was before 7am, so I was only following those instructions. Apparently having to walk over and let me in was too inconvenient for her. The shower made a high pitched squeaking sound and the tub drained so slowly, I was ankle deep in water after 10 minutes in the shower. The pool was closed, but there was no mention or notification about that until we got there. The indoor pool was one of the reasons I chose that property, so that was more than extremely disappointing. We won't be staying there again.

The rooms needs deep cleaning. The manager for housekeeping should make sure the rooms are clean at the end of the day before the housekeeper shift ends. I will not be returning.

The pool area was closed. I purchased breakfast with the room but didn't show up on the list. Lastly, the door to our room was not working right. The deadbolt would engage when you opened the door to go out.

Our directions took us to the unfinished entrance and we we not sure it was open. Tried to call but no answer. Did find the temporary entrance where all the staff were out smoking. That smoking ambiance was through the whole checkin process. Training a new employee so slow checkin, with need to take paper back to car. Long trip so very early am by out time. Room was just fine. Clean and standard. No free coffee in lobby. Will go for something with a bit more amenities next time. Honestly some of the lesser brands have better value.
