The Space:

Welcome to your Akron group retreat - two neighboring homes designed for comfort, fun & togetherness. Step between two inviting homes in Akron where relaxation and connection come naturally. Start the day with coffee brewed in a well-stocked kitchen, settle into cozy living spaces with Smart TVs, or soak in the warmth of a private hot tub after exploring nearby attractions. Whether gathering for family time or enjoying a retreat with friends, these neighboring homes offer space to unwind and come together.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Eight bedrooms provide plenty of room for groups, including a master suite with a king bed and ensuite bath in each home. Extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage make it easy to settle in, while hangers and bed linens are provided for convenience. There are four full bathrooms and one half bath, each stocked with essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Guests will also find a hair dryer, cleaning products, and a bidet in addition to hot water and bathtubs.



Entertainment

Two private 7-person hot tubs invite you to relax outdoors, while game rooms offer playful options such as retro N64s, darts, putting greens, and board games. Sleeper sofas add flexibility for extra guests. Indoors, Smart TVs and an ethernet connection keep everyone entertained and connected.



Kitchen & Dining

Each home features a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Coffee, syrups, sugar, and creamer are thoughtfully provided. A mini fridge and BBQ grill make it easy to prepare meals and snacks to enjoy together.



Living Spaces

Comfortable living rooms with cozy seating create the perfect place to gather. An office area provides space for work when needed, and the homes are equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and portable fans for comfort in any season.



Practical Amenities

A washer, dryer, iron, and drying rack support longer stays. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and decibel monitors. Blink doorbell cameras are located at the front doors.



Outdoor Living and Parking

Guests have access to a private entrance with a smart lock for self check-in, free parking on the premises, and outdoor amenities like a BBQ grill.



Family-Friendly Options

A crib and pack ’n play are available upon request for a fee, making it easier for families to travel together.

⚠️ House rules:



🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.



🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning

🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.

🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs

🎉 NO parties or large gatherings are permitted.

Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!



📌 Hot Tub House Rules:



Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250

To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:



🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.

⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests

🚸 No unsupervised kids

🚫 No diving or jumping

🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub

🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down

🚭 No smoking in the hot tub

♨️ Turn off the jets after use

✅ Always cover the hot tub after use

❌ No pets in the hot tub

❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.

→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.



📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $600 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $60, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
