Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom, 4 bath Grand Lake condo retreat in a beautiful, gated community!

With three king beds, one queen bed and a separate bath adjacent to each bedroom our guests find plenty of space to relax. The living room sectional includes a pullout queen bed as well for the kids or that extra guest. The living room is a perfect gathering spot that includes a wood pellet fireplace, shuffleboard and a bar with ice maker. There is also a cabinet filled with boardgames, cards, poker chips, dominoes and puzzles for those rainy days.

The four bathrooms are all equipped with a shower and the hall bathroom has a bathtub for an adult soak or kids bathing. All 4 bedrooms and the living room have a mounted TV. The primary suite offers barn doors to close the sleeping area off from the office and the rest of the house. Both the master bed and office hold the best views of the lake. The kitchen and dining are beautiful views also, especially when the sun comes up over the lake. The office is equipped with a desk, adjustable rolling chair, docking station, monitors and printer. Whether you’re unwinding or working, this beautifully remodeled condo offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for all.

Our unit has 2 parking spots in front, but extra parking can be made. Take advantage of the neighborhood pool and tennis/pickleball courts on the property. Take a walk or bike ride through the hilly neighborhood to see fun lake house properties as well as beautiful scenery and hopefully some deer. Sit out on the back deck with oscillating fans in the summer or the Solostove warmth in the spring and fall. Open the umbrella over the dining table and use the grill for a delicious meal on the elevated back patio.

Golf around the corner at the newest all par 3 course (Battlefield) or 5 minutes down the road at the 27 championship holes at Shangri-La Golf Club. Dine at the upscale Summit restaurant at Shangri-la or boat into Eddie's in the Shangri-La marina wearing your flip flops. Be sure to hit Chickenellas if a scratch breakfast and homemade pies hit the spot. For you grill masters, be sure stop at The Market 216 on your way into Monkey Island for the best steaks, ribs, chicken and sides around. Let the kids feed sugar cubes to the horses while you are at Market 216 if the weather is right.

For activities and socializing the Anchor is a great place to catch a game on the big screen or play games with the kids. The Anchor has an outdoor basketball court, whiffle ball field, pickle ball courts (indoor and outdoor), shuffleboard, pool tables, arcade, golf simulators and delicious food. For an adult night out South 125 Bar & Grill has great food, cocktails and music. Shebang offers a fun menu and atmosphere with Big Shots dance club across the parking lot. For those feeling lucky the Cherokee Casino is only 15 minutes away just before you enter Grove and cross the scenic Sailboat Bridge.

Grove and Vinita offer a variety of mainstream fast-food stops, pizza delivery and delicious local restaurants like Casita De Martin in Grove. Both towns have grocery stores, liquor stores and cozy local shopping stores like the Muddy Pearl in Grove. Boat rentals are in the neighborhood around the corner from the property at H2O Watersports or Shangri-La marina. Fishing charters can be found all around the lake through Google as well.
