Cozy 1 bed 1 bath suite on the ground floor (no steps required) in the gated Country Estates Community. Tucked away on Monkey Island, away from the main traffic, this property offers peace and relaxation while remaining centrally located to golfing, restaurants, boating, and Shangri La Resort.
