Fantastic property with incredible staff. Horizon rooms are a must for the extras you get and evening drinks and canapés. Property has all you need, a few food options, 3 pools, spa, gym, beach. Our stay at Shangri La was perfect. Beautiful hotel with superb facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pools and beach access, excellent restaurants at varying price points. Beautiful gondola ride along the hotel canal. Highly recommend a stopover or longer stay here.

What a change from dull 5* corporate hotels. All the expected standards and more but the real difference is this hotel reflects its location. Wonderful stay, highly recommended, especially brunch. Manager of brunch deserves special mention for professionalism. Well done Shanghai-La.
