McKinnley was a great big help with getting me a new room to help with the issue. Although I had to rebook, she was helpful in ensuring that I got a room for the night and was safe. The hotel was wonderful, but the people at the front desk were amazing. Especially David who helped us when we thought we lost our passports. And Hope who was equally helpful. A great experience!

Meh… ok
The towels were as rough as hair brushes. We each had one bath, towel, and one washcloth but no finger towels. The toilet was extremely loud. The decor was average. There were no USB portals in the room and the refrigerator was almost unable to open because it kept getting stuck on the carpet. There were no coffee stirrers, and there was only enough cream and sugar for one person. There was, however, Starbucks, coffee, and a coffee maker.
